All course materials, including video lectures, assignments, and other resources, are delivered digitally via our online LMS platform. Access to purchased courses will be granted immediately upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation.

Access Credentials

Login credentials to access the Ez-learn platform will be provided via the email address registered at the time of sign-up. Please ensure the email provided is accurate to avoid delays.

Shipping of Physical Materials

Currently, all our offerings are delivered digitally, and no physical shipping of materials is involved. If we introduce physical materials in the future, specific shipping terms will be outlined at that time.

Delivery Timelines

• Digital content is made available within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. 
• Any delays due to technical issues will be promptly communicated, and support will be provided to resolve access concerns. 

Refunds and Cancellations
