Refund Conditions
A. For Online Courses:
- Refund requests will be honored if:
The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase, and the course content has not been accessed beyond 20%.
There is a technical issue preventing access, verified by our support team. - Refund requests will not be honored if:
The course has been fully completed.
The user has downloaded substantial course materials or certifications.
The purchase was made during promotional offers or discounts explicitly marked as non-refundable.
B. For Subscription Services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time but are non-refundable once the payment is processed.
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 30 days of purchase.
C. For Live Instructor-Led Training:
- Refunds are permitted only if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the start of the first session.
- Missed sessions are non-refundable but may qualify for rescheduling at the discretion of Ez-learn.
